SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

ELIGIBILITY: The FLSportsFan.com BCS Ticket Giveaway Sweepstakes (the "Game") is open only to legal residents of the State of Florida, ages 18 and older, who have a valid Florida driver's license and who are "Authorized Account Holders" (as defined below) of their own Internet e-mail address as of Oct. 12, 2008. Employees, directors and officers (and their immediate families or household members) of Ron Sachs Communications ("Sponsor") are not eligible to enter. An "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person to whom an e-mail address is assigned by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

TO ENTER: You may enter the game from 12:00:00 AM, Eastern Time on Oct. 12, 2008 through 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time on Dec. 12, 2008. To enter the Game, go to www.FLSportsFan.com. To participate in the sweepstakes, you will be required to complete and submit an Official Online Entry Form by including your complete name, e-mail address, mailing address including zip code and a daytime and evening telephone. All entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time on Dec. 12, 2008. Limit one (1) entry per person per day. Entrants must be present in Florida at the time they enter the game. All entries become the property of the Sponsor will not be acknowledged or returned.

WINNER SELECTION: One (1) potential Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about Dec. 17, 2008 from all eligible entries received. The random drawing will be conducted by Ron Sachs Communications whose decision is final and binding in all respects relating to this Game. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. The potential Grand Prize Winner will be notified by overnight mail delivery and email on or about Dec. 17, 2008. If the prize notification or the prize is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner selected in random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. You are not a winner until your submission is validated. After the potential Grand Prize Winner is notified and after the potential Grand Prize Winner's submission is validated, the Grand Prize Winner's name, address (city and state) will be announced on www.FLSportsFan.com on or about Dec. 17, 2008.

PRIZE: One (1) GRAND PRIZE: Grand Prize is (2) tickets to the Bowl Championship Series Championship Game at Dolphins Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida on Jan. 8, 2009. Winner agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor and Related Entries from and against any and all liabilities, claims or expenses for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes and/or the acceptance, possession or use/misuse of the prize. Prize is non-transferable; no substitutions, exchanges or cash redemptions allowed except in the Sponsor's sole discretion in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on the prize. Only one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: The potential Grand Prize Winner will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Compliance with these Rules and a Liability and (unless prohibited) Publicity Release, and/or an address verification. Failure by potential Grand Prize Winner to return any requested documents within three (3) business days after such documents are sent to the address provided by the potential Grand Prize Winner, or the return of such documents or the prize as undeliverable, may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner from all remaining qualified entries, at the sole discretion of Sponsor. All decisions of Sponsor are final.

LIMITATIONS: The Sponsor and Related Entities are not responsible for inaccurate, delayed, lost, incomplete, technically corrupted, misdirected, late entries or for computer system, phone line, technical, computer hardware and software, program or server failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or network connections or any other difficulties which are human or technical in nature. The Sponsor and Related Entities assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or malfunctions of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry received due to technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination therefore, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participating in this Game or downloading any materials in this Game. Entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means are void. Entries must include a valid e-mail address for the entrant. Your entry will be disqualified, at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, if you (i) submit an incomplete, inaccurate or fraudulent entry; (ii) attempt to enter the Game through any means other than through the Internet at www.FLSportsFan.com, (iii) disrupt the game, or (iv) fail to comply with or circumvent the terms and conditions of these Official Rules. In the event of a dispute concerning who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized Account Holder of the e-mail account of the e-mail address provided by the entry.

REGULATIONS: SUBJECT TO ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS: Neither Sponsor nor the Related Entities have made nor in any manner are responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied in fact or in law relative to a prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Each entrant by playing this Game, and Winner by accepting prize, agree: (1) to be bound by these rules and the judge's decisions and to comply with all federal, state and local laws and regulations; (2) the entry becomes the Sponsor's property and will not be acknowledged or returned; (3) the he or she shall accept delivery of the prize based upon availability; (4) that neither Sponsor nor any of the Related Entities, nor any of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents or representatives are responsible or liable for any claim, injury, loss, harm, damages, costs or expenses, including without limitation property damages, personal injury and/or death arising out of participation in this Game, any prize related activities, or the acceptance, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize (including but not limited to, claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery); That, except where prohibited by law, entry or acceptance of the prize constitutes the grant of an unconditional right to use the Grand Prize Winner's name, voice, likeness, photograph, address (city and state), biographical information, prize information and/or statements about the Game for any publicity, advertising and promotional purposes for this or similar promotions in any media, worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional compensation unless otherwise prohibited; (6) that acceptance of the prize constitutes a waiver of any claim to royalties, right or remuneration for said use; and (7) that the United States law shall apply exclusively to the Game and that any dispute with respect to the Game shall be resolved in either the federal or state courts located in the State of Florida. If, for any reason, the Game is not capable of running as originally planned (such as virus, bugs, tampering or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor, which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Game), the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Game, at which time, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received at the time of the Game termination.

USE OF INFORMATION: The information that you provide in connection with the Game may be used for Sponsor's internal purposes and to send you information about Sponsor's products, but will not be provided to third parties, except as necessary for the administration of the Sweepstakes or as required by law or legal process.
